saturday eve i will be traversing back from bristol where my solidarity self defence collective Shadows Fight Club are hosting some sessions, then its head 2 the pillow 💤 to dream deep b4 my busy sonic sunday 💌💌💌
✮ 2pm on Sunday i will be hosting Sonic Qi Gong at Proposition studios, a concept dan nichols and myself have been dreaming up for a while ~ expect l in e ambient soundscapes while being guided through embodied movements and learning ancient chinese energy cultivation techniques!
✮ 6pm that evening I will be sharing a deeply intimate sonic soundscape at &Soul Sanctuary, a new wellness space in Shoreditch, as part of their opening celebrations. I would l o v e if you were able to join, i will be sharing my unreleased tracks from my upcoming EP, as well as some chanting and spoken word. Kate Fleur Young will be weaving her magic afterwards, the night is not to be missed, tickets are sliding scale <3 &Soul has other incredible events on that you must check out, as they open their doors to the world, the offerings they are sharing, from classes to sauna sessions and food, are simply lush!
